Steven, a UEFA C coach, is dedicated to grassroots football and also contributes to the success of the sister coaching company, M.R.F.A., bringing expertise and passion to player development.

Michael since stopping playing, has dedicated his career to coaching and developing young football talent. In 2022, Michael founded FC Evolution, driven by a vision to help change the landscape of grassroots football, providing opportunities for all aspiring players. FC Evolution is a thriving community that supports young players in reaching their full potential, whether that’s in grassroots football, academy pathways, or beyond.

Frazer is our U18s Coach and Youth Lead, bringing a wealth of experience from both the professional academy system and grassroots development. Frazer began his coaching journey in grassroots football, working for a number of teams across Suffolk. Since this point he has gone on to work for Premier League club Ipswich Town, where he still combines his role here whilst working in their CAT 1 Academy.

Mark North brings a wealth of experience to his role as U13s Coach at FC Evolution. Having worked in the men’s game at levels ranging from Step 5 to Step 3 of the football pyramid, Mark has developed a deep understanding of player development and competitive football.

Charlie brings a wealth of coaching experience and expertise to his role as Foundation Phase Lead at FC Evolution. His journey in football began at grassroots level, where he made a significant impact coaching for LOASS, helping young players develop their technical skills and passion for the game. Charlie has also previously worked in the Academy at Leyton Orient and is a UEFA B coach

Harry Matthews is our Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of experience from both the education and sports sectors. With a strong background in delivering and managing programmes across schools, community sport, and player development, Harry plays a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively.
