U12 Girls Head Coach

Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious coach who is looking to work in a positive environment to support our players flourish. The candidate will lead our U12 girls age group as they move into a new season.

You will require a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience working with players across this age range in a similar organisation grassroots club.

You will be responsible for the following tasks, including but not limited to:

• Planning and delivery of training and matches
• Delivery following our core club valies
• Working with players on a 1:1 basis or within small groups
• Regular IDP meetings with players and players (supported by Head of Girls Football)

Assistant Coach

Overview

We’re looking for a bright, self-motivated coach to join our team based in Essex. The candidate will work closely with our Lead Coaches respectively and support an age group within the club.

You will require a minimum of 1 years’ experience working with players across this age range in a similar organisation or professional club.

You will be responsible for supporting the Lead Coach with various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Supporting the delivery of training and matches
• Support the planning sessions aligned with our club syllabus and values
• Working with players on a 1:1 basis or within small groups
