OUR MISSION

With 5 youth girl’s teams playing across two leagues, our aim is to give ambitious and talented girls a better platform within grassroots football – both from the quality of coaching and also the opportunities that are available.
 
Led by our Head of Girls and former West Ham Women’s Coach, Sarah Smith, we bring girls together from all over Essex to play in the Junior Premier League. In 2024, our U13s won their league in the Junior Premier League Warriors South.

PLAYERS RECEIVE 

Our girls receive a number of benefits while playing for FC Evolution, including showcase fixtures against pro clubs, player / parent meetings throughout the year, go on football tours and individual learning plans.
 
In under 3 years across both our girls and boys sections, we’ve had over 40 player sign / trial for professional clubs. 
 
Our ultimate goal is to create pathways and opportunities for girls into senior-level football.

As well as developing the girls to their highest potential level, I want them to look back with great memories of growing up and playing football with their friends.
